Laydown Labs LLC ("Laydown Labs," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our website at laydownlab.com, our dealer admin platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

We collect the following categories of information:

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. Accounts are managed through our authentication provider.

Payment Information. When you subscribe to paid features, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

User-Generated Content. When you participate in community features — including discussion boards, feature requests, comments, and votes — we collect the content you post. Community contributions may be visible to other platform members.

Automatically Collected Information. We automatically collect technical data when you use the Services, including browser type, device and operating system details, IP address, pages visited, and general usage patterns.
